It seemed that the mainstream media in Denmark would not release our press release. But one newspaper has just defied the fear(!) and made an article (in danish): http://politiken.dk/indland/article251308.ece
We have send it to Al Jazeera, and we will try to get in touch with the foreign medias. Maybe they are not so reluctant as the danish, who definately are afraid of making another Muhammed crisis.

The danish party, SIAD, demands parts of the Koran forbidden in Denmark in accordance with the Danish Constitution
SIAD hereby draws attention to the fact that the Koran is in violation of the Danish Constitution’s paragraphs 67 and 69. SIAD further claims that mosques should be forbidden in consonance with paragraph 78, clause 2. SIAD also demands that all koran verses incompatible with Danish customs and traditional values should be banned in accordance with the DanishConstitution’s paragraphs 67 and 69, which states that “Citizens have theright to form communities with a view to practising religion in accordance with their faith, but on condition that nothing is taught or done that is at odds with morality or public order”. Paragraph 69 explains this injunction in more detail. “The status of religious communities outside the Danish Folkekirke shall be specified by law”.
We also demand that the Minister of Justice apply paragraph 78, clause 2 of the Danish constitution, which states that “societies using violence or seeking to achieve their ends with violence, fomentation of violence or other unlawful pressure on those of a different opinion, shall by dissolved by law”. According to paragraph 78 clause 2 this automatically includes every mosque in so far as those parts of the koran in inciting to violence, murder or threats to people of different opinions are read out there.
SIAD has previously demanded a prohibition of the koran in 2005, but this time we demand it in accordance with the Danish Constitution, which the minister of justice has sworn to uphold. SIAD, Stop the islamification of Denmark

I think it is fantastic what you are doing there. Especially using the Constitution angle I just read. I never would have thought of that. I could only dream of someone doing that here in the U.S. Keep fighting this fight SIAD, for all our sakes, it’s bigger than just Denmark.

SIAD is doing a fantastic effort in documenting the facts (sadly the facts are pointing at our governments lack of action and resistants against the ethnic danes).
It would have been nice if someone could supplement this story with some links to the germans who did the same thing (police, coran, ets) about a year ago. Remember?

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen;
As we saw that Denmark has made a mistake again.Have you thought that Why Denmark was choosen to stimulate Muslim people or who was given a behest to Denmark’s Government to support these events?… There are a lot of questions which were not answered by authorities! And also there are a lot of games agains Muslims on the world.
If you can read holly Quran you will see some interesting words. For example: ‘People of the book’ ‘Mary,Jesus,Mose,Josef,David,Suleman…’ It says we are people that people of the book,should understand each other and need to do dialogue…Why are we fighting although we have so many commen problems like Africa, Iraq, Afganistan etc.

Si ce livre sortait aujourd’hui, il serait interdit pour christianophobie, antisémitisme, homophobie etc…
Donc soit on retire toutes les lois qui condamnent la liberté d’expression, je suis pour, soit on les applique aussi au coran.
Et puis franchement, ces femmes habillées en bourka ou voilées, je doute qu’aucune secte même la pire ne soit jamais allée aussi loin.

To DonBroder: You haven’t even bothered to find out who we are in SIAD. All people who support democracy and free speech and the state of Denmark as we know it today are the ones we support. In Denmark the anti-semitism is growing and that is not because of the danes, but because of the muslims. The jews have lived in Denmark for centuries and they have never caused any problems. They know how to live in a democracy. By the way, Israel is the only democracy in the middleeast.

Early in his “career” Mohammed did want limited truces with Christians and Jews (ie people of the book) but he quickly changed his tune. Later it was all out warfare and massacre with the Jews and “dhimmi” status for Jews and Christians who behaved and paid the “Jiziya”. If they didn’t behave it was open season on Jews and Christians. Don’t forget about the unfortunate “polytheists” (Hinud, Bhuddists etc.) who didn’t even have the pleasure of being “dhimmis”. These people who were not “of the book” were afforded no consideration whatever by the marauding Muslims. The Koran also says that at the day of judgement Jesus will pronounce Christians as not following his word and Christians will be consumed by fire.
The Danes have every right to protect the country they have created and to uphold their Constitution.

I am from Germany, (Bavaria) and I am very glad about yours SIAD-campaign!!!
There is so much hate in the Koran against atheists and Christians and jewish people and muslims who want to convert to Christians are threatened with death.
If SIAD wins, this will be a victory also for tbe whole Europe!
I will support Denmark, when the islamic countries will boycot Denmark, and buy especially Denmarks products!!!
Denmark is the bravest Country within Europe, we have seen that also in the Danish caricature battle.

Hello,
My name is Salvatore Pertutti. I am French and a committed atheist : I fight
against religions in the legal field.
I have lodged a legal complaint against the Bible and the Koran (more
exactly against their publishing companies in France) for they violate the
French Law dating from July 29th 1881 about the freedom of the press. This
law forbids anyone from writing anything sexist, homophobic or sectarian.
The procedure has been under way for more than a year.
The tribunal in Metz tries to gain time without being able to invalidate the
procedure : in France, religions are not protected by any law.
My last appearance at the tribunal dates back to January 25.
I am trying to promote other legal actions in France and in countries where
they are possible, and with international institutions, European or others.
I took part in an International Meeting on Laicity on February 10 and 11 in
Montreuil (Paris, France) and took davantage of being there to launch the
idea of lodging a massive complaint.
Last week, a Briton who lives in France also lodged a complaint.

I am sending you the text where I call for everyone’s mobilization :
I am very admiring of people and associations who fight against
religious intolerance on a daily basis.
Unfortunately I think this is not sufficient anymore since, lately, we
have all been witnessing the revival of “Religious Order” :
- plays are cancelled because they are deemed “blasphemous”,
- newspapers are sued when they only do their job,
- doctors are physically attacked on the pretence that they are not
allowed to touch a woman when treating her,
- American Evangelists influence their country’s politics in a worrying way,
- creationists try to impose their views in schools,
- Arab countries are tempted by religious fundamentalism,
- the Pope and the conservatives have a growing influence in Portugal or Poland,
- religious executives are trying to impose an “offence of blasphemy”
all around the world…
Humanism is on the decline everywhere.
We have reached a stage where we are not trying to promote humanist
values anymore (man and woman equality, respect for minorities…) but
simply defending them in our own democratic countries!
Our meetings and discussions, our petitions and letters of supports,
all our writings are courageous… but represent very little compared
to religious structures that have learnt to adapt to modern society,
enjoy strong financial and popular support, as well as a “sacred”
image that makes them virtually “untouchable”…
We have to change our strategy!
We must not only resist but also face up to what’s going on: let’s
take back the initiative with strong and meaningful acts.
We all know that religious intolerance is the direct result of their doctrines.
The books where those doctrines are found (the Bible and the Koran)
are filled with sexist, homophobic and sectarians declarations: thus
they are in contradiction with some French and international laws.
Let’s launch legal procedures against those books – more precisely
against their publishers.
That is what I did: I personally lodged a complaint against one of
the publishers of the
Bible (Cerf) and of the Koran (Maisonneuve et Larose). From
examination to appeals, the proceedings are taking their course.
My action has not been given any media coverage; the public is not
informed yet, but the idea is gaining ground….
We can do much more: mobilize to organize collective actions.
Imagine how such a course of action would echo if there were not only
a few complaints but dozens of complaints everywhere possible.
This is the meaning of my call today.
It does not aim at banning those books but at making a wide-ranging
debate about a simple question:
- Are religious doctrines compatible with our democratic ideals of sex
equality and respect for minorities?
How can we implement laws that fight against sexism, homophobia and
sectarianism, and simultaneously let books where those principles are
denied be freely sold?
Suing the Bible and the Koran must not be intended to prohibit people
from “believing” : everyone is free to believe in a god or not.
This kind of action would have multiple advantages :
- show that the popular saying “religions are good, it’s only the way
men interpret them that is wrong” is a lie since it is exactly the
contrary,
- remove the “sacredness” from those books by setting them on equal
ground with any other book in the legal field,
- have a warning tag placed on their cover in order to alert the
readers to their sexist, homophobic and sectarian contents,
- be present and face religious figures of all kinds
The family of free-thinkers is composed of many views: atheists or lay
people, anarchists or democrats, left-wing people or not, feminists
or gays…
But we all want to struggle together against religious obscurantism,
promote equality between men and women, and defend minorities.
United we stand, stronger we stand.
Other French or international free-thinkers are also fighting
obscurantism in the legal field.

Whatever options we have to totally dismantle the islamist threat in Europe, we have to do it quickly.
Inviting ungrateful muslims, along with their nasty, soulless and brainless broods, to return to their homelands is not racist, it’s pure common sense. Few contribute to prosperity; their mindset is that of the 3rd world. We cannot expect them to comprehend or dovetail with out advanced culture.
We start with those without papers and then tease out those without full citizenship – and by this time, Europe is in flames or we have cowed the @rseholes into understanding they are no longer welcome.
Sounds fanciful?
What is the alternative? To allow these revolting people to riot regularly on our streets in future?
Putting a hot spotlight on their repulsive ideological tome is the first step and it is long overdue.
Europeans are considerably smarter than these f**ckers and, more importantly, we still outnumber them. Now is the time.

As I was afraid, your manif in Brussels is already forbidden, as said this morning in the main flemish newspaper (see annexes).
The excuse is the problems that happend in London with a similar event. In fact, as said the leader of Vlaams Belang (a flemish nationalist party very well spreaded in Flanders) the fact that the socialist Mayor has been elected with the support of muslim vote is certainly a part of his decision. Filip Dewinter advises to come anyway…
It was clear that it would be forbidden. But nevertheless is has been very useful : I could never even dream that a movement as yours could exists. I personally be ready to lead a SIOF Stop Islamization of Flanders. In Holland, the Groep Wilders leaded by Geert Wilders has already asked recently that the Coran should be forbidden.
In Germant, the Bisshop of Augsburg (Mr. Walter Mixa) has recently made openly declarations – published in the newspaper Rheinische Post – that he was opposed to the construction of a Mosque in Köln arguing that Christians does not even the right to exists on Muslim Ground…
So a lot of interesting “signals” in the sens of our common fight.
